Sargeant Families Blog - May 10th-14th

I am excited to announce the new principal of Sargeant for the 21-22 school year, Julie Murdaugh!  Julie is currently serving RCSD as the MTSS Coordinator in Educational Support Services.  Previous to her current position Julie served in the Dry Creek Elementary School District as an Instructional Coach, Special Education teacher and also taught in the general education program.  Julie is already a part of the Sargeant community as she has two kids who attend.   She will be a wonderful addition to the amazing Sargeant Staff.

Safety
Kids are arriving to school around 7:45 and hanging out in front and back with no supervision. Please make sure your child is not arriving until close to 8:15 when gates open and kids can go to class.

Music Corner
Don’t forget to do your music lessons every week! In April we learned all about jazz music. In May we will bring together the Community Songs we sang throughout the year. We hope our lessons inspire your family to make music together!
Here is a special message from Ms. Po.
All the best,
The RCSD Music Team
