We’ve been learning about how to strengthen our brains. Your brain can grow, and it can also work like a remote control to your favorite electronic device. Your brain can decide what channel you turn to, how long you tune in, and what you spend time thinking about. Sometimes, thoughts can randomly pop in like bubbles. Some of our thoughts or bubbles we want to keep, and others may distract us so we may want to let go of them and not keep. Below is a helpful tool to help you decide which thoughts are helpful and help you stay focused and on track, and which thoughts may distract you and you may want to pop and let go of. Remember your brain is really strong and so are you! You get to be in charge of holding that remote control and choosing the channel you tune into and when it’s time to switch gears and change the channel.

I think it's absolutely insane that you can have the school open when you can't eat inside. RCSD dash says 72 kids and staff have tested positive since opening. Are you still maintaining that schools don't spread covid19?
ReplyDeletePrincipal Peck doesn't make those decisions, district does. You should direct your concerns there.
DeleteHello Chris. Please call the office if you would like to talk more about your concern. Thank you.
