Sargeant Families Blog - March 30th

IB Attribute of the Month: Communicators
Students who are communicators are able to think and communicate in more than one language.  They can express their ideas by speaking, drawing and writing.

How can families help at home?
- Encourage you child to stay in touch with relatives and friends who live in other countries by writing letter, drawing pictures, using the phone or sending e-mail.
- Read a book and discuss it with your child.
- Ask your child thought provoking questions and encourage them to discuss them with you.

Book Fair
The Book Fair is coming in one more week and we need volunteers. Check out the sign up link below to see if you are able to volunteer.  Thank you!

Sargeant Survey

Every year the Sargeant Site Council creates a survey in order to gather feedback.  I know many of you have taken the District LACP Survey (thank you!), however we would really appreciate if you took ours too.  This one is specific to our site and will provide feedback in areas of strength as well as areas of improvement.  Feedback that is kind and specific will help us continue to grow.  Please click this link to start the survey: Sargeant Parent Survey 2018-19. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete it!
